Physicochemical Property

The main ingredients are maltose, maltotriose, oligosaccharides, and small amounts of glucose. Malt syrup is made from corn starch, using double enzyme process, through liquefaction, saccharification, decolorization, filtration, ion exchange and concentration. Make maltose products with different DE values, components and concentration range according to customer requirements.
