Physicochemical Property

This product is a white to near-white crystalline powder made from corn extracted starch by liquefication, saccharification, hydrogenation, chromatographic separation, refining, concentration, crystallization, drying and other processes, with a calorific value of about 2.1 kcal / g and a sweetness of about 0.9.
