Physicochemical Property

The main ingredients are fructose and glucose, in which the fructose content is 55% (dry base), so it is called F55 fructose syrup. F55 fructose syrup is purified from 42% fructose to 90% fructose (F90 fructose) based on F42 fructose syrup, and then mixed F42 with F90 in a proportion of 55% fructose F55 fructose syrup. The sweetness is 1.0-1.1 times that of sucrose.
